At Brownell Talbot, we cultivate a community of learners who are motivated to think beyond the boundaries of their immediate environment and view the world through empathy and cultural understanding.
Focusing on knowing, inspiring, and challenging every student’s mind and heart, BT is a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages students to take risks, explore new passions, and collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds to shape their future together.
We strive to empower our students to become responsible and engaged global citizens capable of positively impacting the world.
The elements that distinguish a BT education inspire future leaders and change makers while challenging them to be better tomorrow than they are today:

- Empathy and concern for others.
- Decision-making, solving problems, and taking appropriate risks.

Focus on Student Well-being
We recognize that students have to be happy and healthy to succeed in a challenging educational setting like BT. Therefore, students in all grades have time in their weekly schedule dedicated to social emotional learning. In addition, BT offers a wide variety of free mental health care services to all students, faculty, and staff.
At BT you are a part of a tight-knit community of faculty, staff, and fellow families who are invested in every child's education. Here, it’s cool to be passionate about learning.
In addition to an exceptional education, BT also offers a full slate of programming to round out the day including robust athletics, activities like robotics and jazz band, summer camps and classes, and more.
