Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal of the child for any reason after June 7, 2021, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all registered sessions.
Brownell Talbot reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to low enrollment. You will be notified in advance and be given the option of transferring class fees towards another class or receiving a full refund, minus the registration fee, for the class canceled.
A non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 is assessed once per season for each participant.
Payment is due in full by June 4, 2021.
All requests for changes in schedules or services, not including cancellations must be made in writing 10 days in advance and are subject to space availability. There is a $15.00 charge for any changes made to camp enrollment after June 4, 2021.
Camp fees shall not be refunded by the camp due to the absence of the child from camp, regardless of cause.
A child may not attend camp until all required paperwork has been submitted and received by the camp administration. Cancellation policy will apply.
The camp may require the withdrawal of the child for misconduct or other conditions that are disruptive to the functioning of the camp. This is at the sole discretion of the camp staff. In the event of a withdrawal, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all remaining registered sessions.
