Gala volunteers drive the school’s largest annual fundraising event, which subsidizes the school’s general operating budget including the Brownell Talbot scholarship program. This is a fun event with many different volunteer opportunities.​​
The Brownell Talbot Parents Association (BTPA) is the school’s largest volunteer organization and has many opportunities for parents to get involved. All current parents are members of the Parents Association and are welcome to attend the monthly meetings and to help with various events.​
Be the class liaison between parents and instructors, assist with classroom parties and welcome new families to your grade.​​​

October. Set up, organize, and sell books at school.​
October. Help order food, serve, and/or clean up.​​​
February. Help coordinate activities to thank and honor faculty and staff.​
May. Help coordinate invitations, events, and activities after prom. Solicit gift cards.​​
Promote and market campaigns to the Brownell Talbot community.​​
Organize donated clothing to be resold. Profits go to BPTA.​
Send cards to BT community on behalf of Parents Association.​
Provide food, treats, or water for parties and events throughout the year.​
Opportunities may include helping in the dining hall or library or assisting with the Lower School Fun Friday program.​​​
