Purchase a Meal Plan

Registration for first semester is now closed. BT families will be notified when registration opens for second semester. 

For even better deals on well-balanced lunches, BT families can purchase a prepaid meal plan to realize up to 35% savings. 

No Risk Trial Period: Within the first two weeks following purchase of the prepaid meal plan, you may cancel your registration by emailing the Executive Director of Business and Finance Shari Jensen. Any charges made during that two-week period will be adjusted to the daily rate.

Register by Friday, August 13 for the meal plan to be effective on the first day of school. Registrations after the start of school will be updated in the preorder system on the following day. All meal plans will be charged to your FACTS account.

Semester Meal Plan Billing 

Billing options:

  • Single invoice - billed on August 31 with a September 10 due date (or upon registration if after September 1).
  • Two invoices - half billed on August 31 with a September 10 due date and half billed on December 31 with a January 10 due date.
  • Monthly invoices - spread over five months from August to December and due on the 10th of the following month beginning September 10 (or upon registration and all remaining months through December).

Annual Meal Plan Billing

Billing options:

  • Single invoice - billed on August 31 with a September 10 due date (or upon registration if after September 1).
  • Two invoices - half billed on August 31 with a September 10 due date and half billed on December 31 with a January 10 due date.
  • Monthly invoices - spread over nine months from August to April and due on the 10th of the following month beginning September 10 (or upon registration and all remaining months through April).

Prepaid meal plans will not be refunded, discounted, or adjusted for non-use due to student absence/choice, weather cancellations, field trips, etc. If a student withdraws during the school year, the balance of any prepaid meal plan may be refundable upon request.
