BTYSO goals include:

  • Creating an opportunity to learn to play team sports in a way that builds skill, confidence, and good sportsmanship.
  • Providing an opportunity for the development of every player, regardless of ability, while providing a fun experience.
  • Building good sportsmanship and a positive attitudes in players, coaches, and parents.
  • Providing coach-training opportunities and encourage coaches to learn coaching skills and techniques appropriate for each level of play.

BTYSO programs are focused on three important principles: fun, personal development, and skill development.

Bob Williams is the BTYSO Director and can be reached at or 402.556.3772. We depend on parent volunteers to help organize and coach the teams. Contact Mr. Williams if you are interested in volunteering.
