Chef Jet will be on campus November 2 to show off his skills for students, parents, faculty, and staff with a live cooking demonstration. During the cooking demo, Chef Jet will answer questions from the audience about cooking, Asian cuisine, and his experiences as a chef.
He will also greet students during lunch, which will feature a few of his signature dishes: Korean beef tacos, drunken noodles with tofu, and Hawaiian fried rice.
Schedule of Events
9:45 am - 10:15 am: cooking demonstration for BT students in grades 5-12 and parents.
10:30 am - 10:45 am: mini cooking demonstration and healthy eating habits presentation for BT students in preschool - grade 4
11:00 am - 12:30 pm: greet students during lunch

Chef Jet is an American celebrity chef and restaurateur. He is currently the chef of The Charleston and Pakpao Thai. He has appeared on Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, Iron Chef America, Guy's Grocery Games, and The Best Thing I Ever Ate. He specializes in classic Thai and Chinese cooking and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and the California Sushi Academy.
