BT placed second overall in the Small School Division (behind Elkhorn Mount Michael). We placed third overall amongst all small schools (Small & Very Small) and sixth overall in the State (all divisions).
The team placed third in SuperQuiz - the final event of the competition.
Individual honors were as follows:
Sukanya Kennamthiang, '19, second overall in the Honors Division for total points. Sukanya scored the highest of any student for the past 11 years in her nine individual tests (6,932 points/9,000 possible) - bettering BT's previous high by just shy of 100 points. She won seven individual medals in Honors Level: one Gold (Economics), four Silver (Math, Literature, Speech, and Essay), and two Bronze (Art and Science).
Meera Nair, '19, won three individual medals in Honors Level: one Gold (Interview) and two Bronze (Literature and Essay).
Gracelyn Krejci-Hyde, '20, won three individual medals in Scholastic Level: one Silver (Science) and two Bronze (Music and Math).
Sarah Aoki, '20, won three individual medals in Scholastic Level: one Silver (Speech) and two Bronze (Music and Essay).
Ismael Ali, '21, won one individual medal in Varsity Level: one Silver (Interview).
In the alternates' competition Adi Pillai, '21, (Honors) won two Bronzes and Rachel Aoki, '20, (Scholastic) earned one Silver and one Bronze.
