BOYS TRACK TEAM PLACES first AT CONESTOGA
The boys' and girls' track teams attended the Conestoga Early Bird meet on March 23. The boys' team placed first with 182 points and the girls' team placed third with 99 points.

Boys' results:
Junior Alex Coakley – second in the 800 (2:22)
Senior Josh Cohen – second in the 3200 meter run (13:06)
Senior Zach Ehresman – fifth in the 1600 meter run (6:06)
Senior Kenny Harvey – fourth in Discus (95')
Senior Jay Li – placed sixth in the 800 (2:50) and fifth in the 3200 meter run (16:24)
Senior Ruben Zendejas – third in 1600 (5:35)
Junior Max Buls – placed fourth in the 3200 (13:39) and third in the 800 (2:27)
Junior Andrew Chen – placed fourth in the triple jump (35'5), third in the 110 hurdles (21.2), and third in the 300 hurdles (50.5)
Junior NK Ibemesi – third in shot put (37'5)
Sophomore Will Haskell – placed fourth in high jump (5'0), fourth in 110 hurdles (22.2), and fifth in 300 hurdles (56.3)
Sophomore Arlie Myers – placed second in triple jump (36'9), third in long jump, and fifth in 100 M (12.1)
Sophomore Tripp Skutt – placed sixth in discus (85'11") and fifth in shot put (34'4")
Freshman Dylan Burkley – placed first in high jump (5'7), fourth in long jump (16'1), and third in triple jump (35'7")
Freshman Jordan Kerrey – placed first in 100 M (11.7), second in 200 M (25.3), and fourth in 400 M (57.1)
Freshman Drew Ketterson – fifth in 400 M (59.2)
Freshman Jordan Proby – placed fifth in 200 M (25.4) and second in 400 M (54.4)
Freshman Jon Vrana – placed fifth in high jump (4'6") second in 110 hurdles (19.2), and fourth in 300 hurdles
Freshman Dylan Witt – fifth in 110 hurdles
400 Meter relay placed first with a time of 45.4.  Members included Myers, Proby, junior Lorenzo Rivera, and Kerrey.  
1600 Meter relay placed second with a time of 4:03.  Members included Coakley, Ehresman, Rivera, and Proby.
3200 Meter relay placed second with a time of 9:37.  Members included Coakley, Ehresman, Cohen, and Zendejas. 

Girls' results:
Senior Nicole Vazquez-Chanlatte – third place in 100 hurdles (19.0) and second in 300 hurdles (57.3)
Senior Taylor White-Welchen – placed first in 100 M (13.1), second in 200 (27.7), and second in 400 (1:04)
Junior Arielle Bloemer – sixth in 800 (3:37)
Junior Cami Oyler – fifth in long jump (13'4")
Junior Aisha Yapp – placed second in triple jump (30'9") and fifth in 200 M (30.4)
Sophomore Mercedes Kent – placed second in 100 H (18.8), fifth in triple jump (27'9"), and sixth in long jump (12'11")
Freshman Megan Harrell – fourth place in 300 hurdles (59.4)
Freshman Kenzi Larkin – first place in high jump (4'7") and sixth in 400 M (1:15)
Freshman Diamonde O'Connor – fourth place in triple jump (28'3")
400 Meter relay team placed first with a time of 55.0.  Members included Kent, Oyler, Yapp, and White-Welchen.
1600 Meter relay team placed third with a time of 4:59.  Members included Larkin, Harrell, Vazquez-Chanlatte, and O'Connor.
3200 Meter relay team placed fifth with a time of 13:41.  Members included Larkin, Bloemer, O'Connor, and junior Lydia Schieuer.


BOYS' SOCCER BEATS CONESTOGA
The boys' (B-T/Roncalli/Concordia) soccer team beat Conestoga last Saturday 3-2. The game was tied 2-2 at the end of regulation. After two overtimes with no goal, the game went to a shootout. B-T/Roncalli/Concordia won on the eighth kick in the shootout. B-T freshman Pedro Castro converted one of the penalty kicks. The team's record is 1-2. The boys team lost 3-0 to Mt. Michael March 19.     

GIRLS' SOCCER
The girls (BT/Concordia/DC West) played three varsity games this past week, losing to ranked Elkhorn South 6-0 March 19 and to Ralston 1-0 on March 22.

The team ended the week on a good note, beating Auburn 10-0 March 23. The team's record is 2-2.  

ALL STATE BASKETBALL
Congratulations to the following B-T basketball players for their postseason honors which were listed in the Omaha World-Herald.  
Senior Grace Bartels – Class C2 all state honorable mention and honorable mention all area team
Senior Haley Mathews – Class C2 all state honorable mention and honorable mention all area team
Senior Zach Ehresman – Class C2 all state honorable mention and honorable mention all area team
