Forensics and speech classes prepare students for communication opportunities and experiences through tournaments and contests.  Mrs. Amy Becker, Mr. Chris Hamel, and Mr. Mike Recker work with Middle and Upper School students to practice and perfect their performances.

The Upper School Yakking Raiders speech team has earned four consecutive State Championships — 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 — and has repeated as District Champion for six years and Pioneer Conference Champion for more than eight years.
