Support Brownell
Annual Sustaining Campaign: About the Campaign

Tax-deductible Contributions Support B-T
Throughout its history, Brownell-Talbot School has benefited from the loyal support of alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends. Tax-deductible contributions to the Annual Sustaining Campaign (ASC) help to make up the difference between tuition income and the actual cost of educating a Brownell-Talbot student. Since tuition covers only 80% of the cost, we ask the school's constituents to make a tax-deductible charitable contribution to cover the difference, or "gap."
The Annual Sustaining Campaign provides crucial funding that can be used immediately to benefit students, create unique and challenging enrichment programs, attract and retain our faculty, and improve and maintain our facilities.
The ASC provides continuing support for the school's:
- Challenging college-preparatory curriculum
- Outstanding faculty
- Co-curricular programs and activities
- Student financial aid
- Safe environment
- Small class size
Each year, money is raised for the ASC through campaigns targeted to specific school constituencies:
- Parents (Parent Pride Annual Sustaining Campaign)
- Trustee Annual Sustaining Campaign
- Faculty and Staff Annual Sustaining Campaign
- Alumni Annual Sustaining Campaign
- Grandparent Annual Sustaining Campaign
- Friends Annual Sustaining Campaign
The 2006-2007 goal for the Annual Sustaining Campaign is $331,000.
